Thermo Scientific's 5X Reaction Mix for K1642 - 0.8 mL is a separately available component of Maxima First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kits for RT-qPCR. The 5X formulation contains reaction buffer, dNTPs, oligo(dT)18 primer and random hexamer primers. It is compatible with kit references K1671, K1672, K1641 and K1642 and is supplied in a 0.8 mL volume.
