The StrepMan can be used for magnetic cell isolation with microbeads such as Strep-Tactin® Magnetic Microbeads and consists of a plastic frame with two embedded permanent magnets and accommodates two different tube sizes (2x 15 ml and 2x 50 ml conical reaction tubes).
