Strep-Tactin® 4Flow® high capacity FPLC columns replace Strep-Tactin® Superflow® high capacity FPLC columns, providing identical performance and unifying the resins. Strep-Tactin® 4Flow® high capacity FPLC columns are ready-to-use columns for affinity chromatography. They are suitable for automated protein purification with HPLC/FPLC devices such as Äkta® systems (Cytiva). The FPLC columns contain a cross-linked agarose coupled to the ligand Strep -Tactin®, a streptavidin variant that binds to Strep-tag®II or Twin-Strep-tag® fusion proteins. This protein purification system is characterized by a high target purity of >95% and a stable performance even after several regeneration cycles. These columns are the perfect alternative for proteins that are difficult to elute from Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® and Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® high capacity FPLC columns.
