The 8-Strip PCR Dome Caps are optically clear. They are manufactured from high-quality virgin polypropylene to ensure purity and provide excellent optical clarity. Furthermore, they are certified free of detectable RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitors and tested pyrogen-free. They come in strips of 8, with 125 strips per unit. For PCR without using whole plates, the Westburg AmpliStar PCR strips complete our AmpliStar range to stay within budget.
These caps fit our AmpliStar 0,2 ml tubes and PCR plates. The domed caps have a tight fit to prevent evaporation and guarantee the correct pressure of the thermocycler lid. Like all our AmpliStar products, the caps are DNase, RNase, DNA, endotoxin, and PCR inhibitor-free. Due to their flexible use, it is a must-have at the lab.
